Sylfirm X uses advanced dual-wave RF microneedling technology to target vascular and pigmented lesions. Treats pigmentation, melasma, rosacea, vascular lesions, acne scars, wrinkles and fine lines, stretch marks, and sagging skin.

How SYLFIRM X works

Sylfirm X uses Regional Regeneration Radio Repeated Pulse (RP) microneedling to target and treat the abnormal vessels that can lead to melasma, rosacea, and other skin discolorations.

With the help of many micro electrodes, an electromagnetic field of energy is created that can penetrate the dermal layer without damaging the tissue.

Unlike conventional RF microneedling systems, SYLFIRM X has both continuous wave and pulsed wave functions, and is therefore capable of treating pigmented and vascular lesions such as melasma and diffusing redness, as well as skin rejuvenation and scarring.

Who Is It For? Ideal if you want to:

  • Reduce stubborn pigmentation - melasma, sun spots, or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation that hasn’t responded fully to topical care. Sylfirm X targets abnormal pigment and the tiny vessels that feed it, so it’s a strong option when creams alone aren’t enough.
  • Calm persistent redness and rosacea - diffuse facial redness, visible capillaries, or flare-prone skin. The device’s pulsed RF mode focuses on vascular components to reduce recurring redness without aggressive lasers.
  • Improve texture and scarring - softening acne scars, shrinking enlarged pores, and improving overall skin smoothness.
  • Tighten and lift mild laxity - lift jawline or neck looseness that doesn’t yet require surgical intervention. Expect subtle, elegant tightening rather than dramatic surgical change.
  • Treat sensitive or darker skin safely - Sylfirm X’s pulsed mode lowers the risk of post-treatment darkening, making it a reliable choice for Fitzpatrick skin types I–VI when performed by trained clinicians.

What to Expect

  • Private consultation & skin assessment (10–15 min).
  • Topical numbing applied for comfort.
  • Sylfirm X treatment (depth and mode tailored to your concern).
  • Soothing application and protective ointment or mask.
  • Aftercare instructions and follow-up scheduling.

Session length: typically 45–75 minutes including consult and numbing.
Most clients describe pressure and warmth; topical numbing reduces sensation significantly.

Results & Timeline

  • Initial improvement in tone and texture: 1–2 weeks.
  • Noticeable reduction in redness or pigment often after the first session.
  • Best outcomes: a series of 3–5 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart, depending on the issue.
  • Full collagen remodeling and pigment stabilization: up to 3–6 months.
  • Maintenance: many clients choose single annual tune-ups or tailor a plan with your provider.
