Refunds
Packages Sales & Usage
2. No Refunds: All package sales are final, and Decodemode does not offer refunds on purchased packages. Exceptions to the no-refund policy will only be considered in the case of documented medical reasons that prevent the client from utilizing the services.
3. One to Two-Year Expiry: all packages purchased from Decodemode have a validity period of one (1) or two (2) years, depending on the contents of the package, from the date of purchase.
4. Partial Usage Calculation: In the event that a package is partially used, the remaining unused services will be calculated based on the regular prices of individual services. The value of the used services will be deducted from the total package price, and the remaining balance will be allocated towards future services based on the current regular prices.
Cancellation
Please note that any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will always strive to be as flexible as possible. Please be aware of this policy and plan your appointments accordingly.
Gift Cards
Valid Deco De Mode gift cards will have a number code and authorizing signature. Without these features your gift card may not be accepted. If you have concerns about your gift card, you are encouraged to email a photo to the salon before your appointment.
Promo Gift Cards
1. Limit of One Per Person: Each client may redeem only one promo gift card.
2. Restriction on Sales Combining: Promo gift cards are valid for full-price services and products only and cannot be combined with other sales or promotions.
3. No Resale: Promo gift cards cannot be resold under any circumstances.
4. Service Exclusions: Promo gift cards do not apply to injectable services, such as Botox and fillers.
5. One-Time Use: Promo gift cards must be used in a single transaction. Any remaining balance cannot be retained or transferred to another visit. The entire value must be utilized at once, and the card will be disposed of by our staff upon acceptance.
